Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, I have the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Notice Requirement
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
● Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 65% Treatment cost.
● No-shows (failing to attend your appointment without notice) will be charged Full Amount of Treatment booking and may require prepayment for future bookings.
Emergency Situations
If you experience an unavoidable circumstance/emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
